I’m doing something absolutely wrong cause I’m running inefficiently instead of the opposite thing. I am definitely running faster ever since I am employing the glutes, I can actually feel the power, but I’m soon out of breath. Reminds me of the time when I used to swim the whole length of the pool without breathing. I would turn my face alright, but I was never able to actually breathe in. How do I reduce the speed at which I am running because of so much power. On top of it I think I have injured my shins. Not surprised.
